Reading Political Science

For this course, you will be required to read journal articles and book chapters that political scientists write for other political scientists (or other social scientists). Even beyond this course, you have probably already encountered academic texts that are different from that which you find in popular media.

The following two readings can help you read these pieces more efficiently.
